Hi Max

Thanks for sharing your message :)

So, I have just made a video- that is just for you!

Check it out here http://laurahamesfranklin.com/2012/01/stretch-hamstring-tighter-increased-injury-get-flexible-now-with-no-stretching/

I promise that if you do this, you will get immediately more flexible and it will totally support you in your process. SO that you don't have to constantly be moving for your body not to tighten up.

I hope you a little uncomfortable! :) Just kidding- kinda

Great points: To keep showing up and stay focussed on the goal :)

My uncomfortable pathway that is becoming more comfortable each day is speaking up! With truth and boldness, even when I know it's going to bust some beliefs and breaking some norms! To challenge the status quo from a deep heart-centered place...

And when I do, it feels like magic!

So, here we go, I posted this for you and it feels great. I know you'll appreciate it :)

Thanks Max. I appreciate you and your message!

Much love,
Laura

Thank you Max for your honest approach in coaching! I'm uncomfotable right now as I'm in-between a career I left and moving into a career I'm more passionate about. This in-between period has me uncomfortable as I need to earn a living (currently unemployed) while ready-ing myself. Any suggestions on how to deal with the discomfort of not knowing how it will work out?

Dear Max,
I have been thinking of your father recently and my prayers continue to be with him, with you and with your whole family. My heartfelft thanks to him and to you for all that you share with the world. On this new year day, I send love and light and prayers to you and yours, with hopes that miracles will happen always.
Much, much love and gratitude and blessings to you and all your tribe and the whole Chopra family. Love, Linda

[...] 3. Max Simon – Founder of GetSelfCentered. The name isn’t what you think. Most would relate it to selfishness and being self sufficient, but Max teaches to be grounded to the source of life and to center yourself with the spirit of your creator so you are never alone.
